Dan Simon

Dan is a writer and senior financial communications specialist with over 15 years’ experience in PR, Marketing & Advertising. Dan has led campaigns for some of the biggest brands in finance and FinTech, including Bloomberg LP, J.P.Morgan, and Citigroup. Dan is a regular columnist for Forbes, Markets Media and CoinTelegraph and he co-chairs the Museum of American Finance Communications Advisory Board. Dan was named an Innovator 25 by The Holmes Report in 2019.

Binna Kim

Binna Kim is the co-founder and CEO of Group Vested. For two decades, Binna has worked with leading financial services brands – including American Express, Citi, Morgan Stanley and Bloomberg – on driving integrated marcomms campaigns to enhance brand, shape reputation, and deliver results. Binna was named a Top Woman in PR by PRWeek in 2020 as well as Top 40 under 40 in PR in 2020 and has been recognized on the Observer’s PR Power List several years in a row. She has led award-winning advertising campaigns as recognized by SABRE, Gramercy Forum and more. She is a member of Chief and sits on the Wellesley Business Leadership Council as a Wellesley alumna. She supports the Association of Asian American Investment Managers in a communications advisory role.

Ishviene Arora

Ishviene has managed and executed integrated communications programs for a wide range of financial services clientele, including Citi, Nomura, and BBVACompass. She works closely with firms to identify compelling stories, position executives appropriately in the marketplace, and achieve desired results. Ishviene was a Director at financial PR firm, Cognito for 10 years, prior to which she was at specialist investor relations firm Taylor Rafferty where she was an associate in the media group.

Amber Roberts

Amber brings 20 years of experience leading strategic, financial and crisis communications initiatives and integrated public relations programs for buy- and sell-side financial services companies and a variety of organizations serving the financial industry. Her expertise lies in developing and executing fully integrated communications campaigns that drive business results and are sustainable and scalable in today’s dynamic regulatory and competitive environment. Amber has advised on communications strategies for more than 50 mergers and acquisitions and has worked with dozens of retail and corporate banks and a roster of alternative asset, investment, private equity and wealth management firms, broker-dealers, investment banks and financial advisors. She’s also counseled companies of all sizes, including Fortune 500’s, in crisis situations.

Elspeth Rothwell

Elspeth heads Vested EMEA, bringing nearly 20 years experience in financial services communications. With client experience spanning major institutions from American Express, Brewin Dolphin, HSBC and Virgin Money to niche disruptors and challengers, Elspeth champions a planning-led approach to delivering audience-first, channel-agnostic campaigns. Elspeth joined Vested from FTI Consulting where she was a Managing Director running strategic planning and campaigning initiatives for financial services clients. Prior to that, Elspeth was Deputy Managing Director and head of financial services at Consolidated PR.

Eric Hazard

Eric Hazard is a financial technology and communications veteran identifying investment opportunities for Vested Ventures, structuring investments and integrating portfolio companies into Vested’s complete suite of communications services. During his career, he has worked with some of the most recognizable brands in financial services—such as Charles Schwab, BNY Mellon, Northern Trust, SWIFT and Deutsche Bank—to identify target markets, launch new products and bring a clearer focus on the value proposition through brand development. Eric began his career at Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor and later worked in the corporate treasury department at Michaels Stores and at Asset International, publishers of Plan Sponsor, Plan Adviser and Global Custodian, as a journalist and publisher. Eric holds a certificate in Fintech from MIT and is the host of the online video series Focus on Fintech.

Loreal Torres

Loreal is an award-winning Human Resources professional supporting communications agencies through diversity-focused recruiting, retention, and engagement initiatives. As a former public relations practitioner, Loreal understands how communication can lead to positive change. Loreal is the Chief People Officer at Vested, a financial communications agency. She leads the charge of implementing policies that upholds a culture based on diversity, inclusion, equity and access.

Jacqueline Gogel

Jacqueline Gogel is an experienced integrated communications professional and has spent the majority of her career focused on the financial services and technology sector. She has developed and executed a variety of campaigns across an array of institutions and financial technology brands, such as Citi, Diebold Nixdorf, BBVA Compass, Xignite and PeerStreet, to raise the profile of the brands and executives within the marketplace. She has also held a communications and social media director role at a private trade show company.

Katie Spreadbury

Katie works in Vested’s London office and has 13 years’ experience in the financial services industry across a wide range of sectors including mobile payments, insurance, savings, credit cards and business banking. She is skilled at planning and strategy development, audience analysis, project management and delivery, and is able to quickly identify what a client needs to deliver results. Katie has worked for well-known brands such as HSBC, Barclays, American Express and Allianz. Her passion is for understanding audience behaviours, the triggers to change them and delivering integrated campaigns to affect a change.

Kristina Pereira Tully

Kristina is a strategic media relations and integrated communications consultant. With clients ranging from global asset managers and investment managers to household names in technology, banking and financial services, Kristina leads communication strategies that forge connections between a client’s topline business goals and target media coverage priorities.

Adrienne Robbins

Adrienne Robbins is an administrative expert with over ten years’ experience in office management, supporting C-level executives and ensuring organizational perfection. At Vested, Adrienne is responsible for the agency’s day-to-day operations and financial management. Prior to landing in financial services PR, Adrienne held logistical roles in the advertising and contracting fields. Adrienne graduated with honors from Arizona State University, where she studied Communication (and ate far too much Mexican food).

Marian Daniells

Marian works with firms to extract and share impactful stories, and to counsel seismic business shifts that will position financial firms as thought leaders in the future. Passionate about the important role communications can play during times of transition, she’s consulted on Net Zero commitments and climate plans, managed brand transitions and corporate reputation programs, supported firm’s diversity and talent programs, and launched podcasts to boost culture in a remote environment. Prior to joining Vested, she worked at two other financial agencies, and she is a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional. Marian was a 2018 finalist for PR News’ Marketer of the Year, a 2020 PR News Rising Star, and an inaugural 2022 fellow for the Climatebase Fellowship.

Ibby Hussain is an integrated marketing consultant who combines results-driven digital strategies with visual creative to drive brand awareness and sales for clients. Ibby has deep expertise in digital advertising, social and programmatic content marketing and leverages paid and owned channels to support integrated campaigns. Ibby uses his passion for finance and channel-agnostic thinking to bring clients to the forefronts of their industry. Ibby has built and executed award-winning multi-channel programs for some of the most recognizable names in finance, including Rockefeller & Co., Investopedia and Mediant.
